Details Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting Day shift schedule from 6:45am to 7:15pm Works every other weekend 36 hours per week over 3 shifts at 12 hours per day Epic EMR experience required, EFM monitoring experience preferred Requirements Active KY or Compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience required Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (ASN) required Additional Information Provide safe, effective, patient and family-centered care within a Practice Governance framework Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient and family education and discharge planning Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives Apply the Kristin M.
