Applicants for the Head of Litigation and IP position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' legal experience, with a proven track record in directly managing high-stakes litigation, particularly in the areas of patent and general IP litigation. The role requires a candidate with strong critical thinking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to anticipate and address legal risks in a business-centric manner.
