Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by supporting K-12 learners with intensive needs for the 2026–2027 academic year. This contract paraprofessional opportunity spans August 2026 through June 2027 and offers full-time hours (32.5–37.5 hours per week) assisting in educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior school-based experience as a paraprofessional is required
• Comfortable working with intensive needs caseloads across K-12 grade levels
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and support teams
• Adaptability and dedication to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Reliability and a caring, proactive approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with intensive needs during instructional activities and throughout the day
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist with classroom management and facilitate academic engagement
• Help students develop social and life skills in a nurturing, structured environment
• Offer encouragement and guidance while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students
• Monitor progress and report observations to the instructional team as needed
