Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children of varying abilities
• Ability to assist with academic activities, behavior management, and personal care tasks as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in preparing and delivering educational activities
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and skills
• Help maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful classroom environment
• Aid students with special needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Contribute to classroom organization, material preparation, and clerical tasks
