Strategic Compensation Analyst

Baker Construction seeks a Compensation Specialist to analyze, benchmark, and administer our pay programs. You will partner across HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to support salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive programs. You will develop and maintain job descriptions, ensure equity and compliance, and implement compensation dashboards.
