Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at Wiseguy Pizza ! As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Responsibilities Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Train new team members and provide continuous coaching and feedback. Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff. Maintain high‑quality standards to ensure products are prepared to perfection. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet demand. Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improvements. Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all. Uphold health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Cultivate a positive and respectful work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences. Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to upholding them. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
