Overview Clinical Apprentice - BCBA Fieldwork Program: Centria’s Elevate Program is a full-time, paid practicum opportunity designed to support your growth toward BCBA certification. You’ll earn supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours while gaining real clinical experience with children and families. You’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway— Emerge , Empower , Ascend —with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support. Compensation : $18–$20 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.
