The Service Porter assists the service department with the handling of all vehicles and customers, while keeping the service drive clean and orderly.Job Duties:Provide a world class experience for our customers and your colleaguesAdhere at all times to the One Price, One Person® philosophyExecute all duties in a manner consistent with our values: high-character, engaged, team-playerRelentlessly strive to improve customer interactionMaintain positive body language and attitude that reflects the spirit of service to othersKeep the service drive clear at all timesPark vehicles in the designated areas and place the keys in the proper locationConstantly clean the service drive: (sweep, pick up trash, dust trash cans)Stage rental vehicles in proper locationRoll up all windows and lock all service vehicles every time you park a main shop vehicleOther duties as assignedKnowledge Skills and Abilities:Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Be able to work unsupervisedAbility to lift up to 20 lbs.Valid driver's licenseEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
