Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (3 x 12 hrs)
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Telemetry certification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan direct clinical care for assigned patients during each shift.
- Implement nursing interventions and document patient responses.
- Supervise staff to whom care is delegated and ensure a high level of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Support the facility's leadership by maintaining compliance with nursing standards and contributing to resource management.

Compliance / Notes:
- Dress Code: Solid color scrubs are acceptable.
- Check-in required at the front lobby for assignment details.
- Employee parking is available.
- Clocking in and out is the responsibility of the employee.
