Recruiting and Compliance Intern

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite Preferred; Remote/Hybrid options depending on candidate)

A rapidly expanding healthcare management company with a national footprint is seeking a Recruiting and Compliance Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company, exercise creativity and autonomy, and take on increasing responsibilities over time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and credentialing healthcare providers for client sites in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations
• Schedule and coordinate calendars for clients and providers to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor, track, and maintain organized records of healthcare provider invoicing data
• Build, foster, and maintain positive, professional relationships with both clients and providers

Qualifications:

• Some recruiting experience is preferred but not required; transferable skills will be considered
• Highly organized, with the ability to lead a team and enhance interdepartmental communication
• Able to manage urgent matters effectively while working under pressure and tight deadlines
