Global Market Foods is hiring an HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple New Jersey facilities. You will partner with site managers, oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance reviews, and compliance to sustain growth and a positive culture. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR, strong knowledge of federal/state laws, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
