Additionally, U.S. News & World Report ranked the hospital #2 in the St. Louis metro area.The Breast HealthCare Center at Missouri Baptist Medical Center offers a full range of screening and diagnostic testing including digital mammography, Breast ultrasound, ultrasound-guided core biopsy, breast MRI, stereotactic breast biopsy, and bone density scans. The Breast Health Care Center has a dedicated breast surgeonfor inpatients as well as outpatients . It includes four digital mamm rooms, two ultrasound rooms, a stereo biopsy room, a mobile mammography program and an extensive outreach program.Role PurposeThe Advanced Modality Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization, Fluoroscopy) to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.ResponsibilitiesCompletes registration and prepares patients for procedures.
