Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their unique legal needs and offer tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their journey. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to expand client base and drive revenue growth. Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, explaining legal processes and financial obligations. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, using data to refine strategies and improve performance. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals. Qualifications: • • Experience in sales, particularly in high-value tangible items or financial/professional services, using a consultative approach. • Ability to understand and empathize with clients facing complex and personal legal matters. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial obligations clearly and effectively. • Comfortable with metrics, scorekeeping, and maintaining transparency and accountability in sales processes. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. • Commitment to continuous self-improvement and professional growth in the sales field. Compensation: $60,000+ yearly
