What You’ll Do Perform start‑up, service, and troubleshooting on diverse commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, chillers, air handlers, and boilers. Develop expertise in BAS controls for critical components like VFDs, actuators, and dampers. Configure, download, and verify controller hardware, firmware, and network addresses during system setup to ensure optimal performance. Execute sequence verification and system optimization to maximize energy efficiency and operational reliability. Assist with BACnet integrations, facilitating seamless communication between HVAC equipment and building automation systems. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and customers, providing clear updates and solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting the long‑term performance and reliability of BAS installations.
