Who We Are

Hunter Service Group is a locally owned home service company in San Antonio, serving San Antonio, Boerne, Canyon Lake and New Braunfels. We believe in building our team members, and we put our people first. We're growing faster than we can organically build our staff, so we're looking for great people to grow with us. Is that you?

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced HVAC service tech who can correctly diagnose problems, and you're just as comfortable at the kitchen table as in the attic. You explain problems in plain English, give homeowners honest options and earn their trust. Customers ask for you by name. If you're the expert who gets the five-star reviews and the follow-up calls, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Run residential and light commercial service calls: diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems

• Walk homeowners through what you found and lay out clear repair and replacement options

• Recommend the right solutions, including maintenance plans and system upgrades

• Hit and beat your performance goals, and get rewarded for it

• Work with dispatch and customer service to keep the day running smoothly

• Keep your truck stocked and organized and your paperwork accurate

• Take part in the on-call rotation

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience

• EPA certifications; TDLR registration or license

• Excellent communication skills: well spoken, professional and confident with customers

• A track record of turning service calls into solutions customers say yes to

• High integrity: you recommend what the customer needs, nothing more and nothing less

• A clean driving record and a professional appearance

• A team player with a competitive streak

What We Offer

• Top pay for top performers

• Training twice a week, both technical and customer-focused

• A company vehicle and new technology tools

• 100% company-paid insurance

• Paid holidays

• A team that appreciates your work, and room to grow with a company that's expanding
