We are a US-based real estate technology company offering AI-powered property intelligence, CRM tools, and marketing automation for real estate entrepreneurs. We are growing fast and building a brand that stands out in a crowded market. We need a Social Media Manager who is ready to grow with us long-term.

About This Role:

This is not a post-and-ghost job. We need someone who will take full ownership of our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube — from strategy to execution to reporting.

You will learn our brand, our voice, our audience, and our products deeply. Include content creation in your application. The more you understand us, the more valuable you become — and your compensation reflects that.

What You'll Do:

* Build and manage a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that reflect our brand voice
* Design graphics and creatives using Canva or equivalent tools
* Repurpose content across platforms to maximize every piece we produce
* Schedule and publish content consistently using scheduling tools
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and actively grow our audience
* Track weekly performance metrics and provide simple, clear reports
* Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
* Bonus: Basic video editing for Reels and YouTube Shorts (not required but strongly valued)

Requirements:

* Proven, verifiable experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
* Strong content calendar creation and scheduling skills
* Proficient in Canva or equivalent design tools
* Strong copywriting — you know how to write hooks, captions, and CTAs that stop the scroll
* Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar
* Solid understanding of platform analytics and what the numbers actually mean
* Self-managed, consistent, and deadline-driven — no hand-holding needed
* Real estate, proptech, or AI content experience is a strong plus
* Basic video editing skills for short-form content is a bonus

You Are NOT a Fit If:

* Social media is a side skill you offer alongside other VA services
* You need constant supervision to stay on track
* You are only looking for the highest rate today with no interest in growing long-term
* You cannot provide real examples of accounts you have managed and grown

About Our Pay Structure:

The starting rate reflects your onboarding period — this is when you are learning our company, our systems, our brand voice, and how we operate.

We do not expect perfection on day one. We expect commitment, coachability, and consistency.

As you grow with us, so does your pay. Rate increases are tied to:

* Demonstrated understanding of our brand, products, and audience
* Consistent content quality and output
* Initiative, reliability, and measurable results over time

This is a long-term role built for someone who wants to grow — not a short contract for someone chasing the highest hourly rate today. If you are looking for a company that genuinely invests in its people, you found it.

Starting Rate: UP TO $6/hr | Increases based on performance and growth
