Manufacturing Technician – Urgently hiring in Costa Mesa! Job Title: Manufacturing Technician | Pay: $20-22 per hour | Hours: Full-time, weekday shifts | Start Date: ASAP What You'll Do Perform routine manufacturing tasks following SOPs and Batch Records Prepare material components for production Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Sanitize clean rooms and sterilize/depyrogenate equipment Assist in or perform validation protocols in compliance with IQ/OQ/PQ standards Document steps clearly and accurately in production records and logbooks Conduct basic calculations and measurements Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment Participate in sterile filtration activities Monitor equipment and process parameters for optimal operation Record observations and report discrepancies or issues Ensure timely and accurate documentation of production and quality records Collaborate with team members to improve processes Engage in ongoing training and continuous improvement activities Perform additional duties as assigned What You'll Bring High school diploma or an associate degree in a related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and understanding GMP practices Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of GMP procedures, validation processes, and safety protocols Familiarity with computer software used for data collection and reporting Ability to work flexible shifts when needed Benefits Competitive pay rate and consistent schedule Opportunity to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing Enjoy affordable health and prescription coverage with no waiting period Benefits offered by the employer once hired permanently Retirement plan options available Location & Schedule This position is on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, with standard daytime shifts.
