Manufacturing Technician

Support the assembly, testing, and production of Qnovia's nebulization devices in a controlled manufacturing environment. About the Role Qnovia is scaling production of its ultrasonic nebulization devices from clinical-stage to commercial readiness. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in device assembly, in-process testing, and production line operations. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to maintain process control and ensure consistent product quality. Responsibilities Perform device assembly operations following documented work instructions and standard operating procedures Conduct in-process and final product inspections and testing Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including ultrasonic welders, dispensing systems, and test fixtures Document production activities accurately in batch records and manufacturing logs Identify and report non-conformances and participate in root cause investigations Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation activities Maintain clean room protocols and controlled environment standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in manufacturing technology or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and SOPs Experience working in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments Basic understanding of GMP requirements and quality management systems Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive precision assembly tasks Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with electromechanical device assembly IPC soldering certification or equivalent Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools $55,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
