This is a strategic expansion for a Tier 1 practice that consistently tries and wins in the life sciences sector. What You'll Actually Do Get substantive courtroom and deposition experience from day one. Work directly with trial partners who are leaders in the field. Shape case strategy on disputes involving blockbuster drugs and cutting-edge gene therapies. What You Bring 2-7 years of patent litigation experience. A technical degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline is required. A desire to be in the courtroom and the drive to win.
