Multi-site Apartment Manager PTLA Real Estate Group

Full job description PTLA Real Estate Group is looking for multi-site apartment property manager (Portfolio Manager) to oversee and manage a portfolio of properties comprised of approximately 500 apartment units across 50 buildings. To be successful, you must be a strong communicator with a creative and hard-working attitude. You must be able to connect with and manage a team of leasing and maintenance team members, while also managing communications with third-party clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees the operations of the properties to maximize revenue growth and ensure community performance Drives leasing performance and ensures all company benchmarks are met Interacts with owners of properties to provide excellent customer service Manages a team to carry out resident services, leasing, and maintenance coordination activities Develops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goals Responsible for active team participation in all company programs and initiatives Exhibits Role Model behavior in customer service and professionalism Oversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reporting Prepares and presents annual budgets for larger properties Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws. Ensures the same level of compliance from all team members.
