Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Move Strong, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The clinic is designed for a hands-on approach to care, serving patients in a rehabilitation setting focused on outpatient services. Flexible scheduling options are offered, including choices between shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts, allowing for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments and feedback.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, exercises, and manual therapy techniques to facilitate recovery and improve functionality.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises and self-management strategies to foster independence and recovery at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary using our electronic health records system.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care and therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of patients recovering from various conditions, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
