Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, where you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing a comfortable and familiar atmosphere conducive to healing. You will enjoy a flexible scheduling system that allows you to choose between 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts, creating an optimal work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, gathering crucial data to inform treatment plans.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapy plans designed to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
• Regularly tracking patients' progress and adjusting treatment strategies based on observed outcomes, ensuring a responsive and adaptive care process.
• Educating patients and caregivers on effective rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to empower them in their recovery journey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
