Commercialization Leader - Emerging Care Settings

This commercialization leadership role focuses on driving growth within emerging healthcare delivery models for BD's Lab Specimen Management business unit. The position requires developing end-to-end commercial strategy, building partnerships across ecosystems, and executing rapid experimentation cycles to validate new go-to-market approaches. Success demands entrepreneurial thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate market insights into scalable commercial capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end commercial strategy including segmentation, value proposition design, and channel strategy
• Design and execute rapid experimentation cycles including MVPs and pilots to validate commercial models
• Define and build new commercial capabilities for emerging care models including digital engagement
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships critical to new business models
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, business development, and regulatory to drive execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, marketing, or healthcare
• 7+ years commercial strategy, global marketing, or business development experience in healthcare/medtech
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products, services, or platforms
• Proven leadership of early-stage initiatives from concept through market launch
• Experience building external partnerships and enabling new business models
• Strong financial and analytical skills including business case development and growth modeling
• Deep customer orientation with ability to translate needs into compelling value propositions
