Plant Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Stewart’s Distribution and Manufacturing Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow within the Human Resources field. Responsibilities Review Plant job applications as well as schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews. Set up online onboarding and conduct new hire orientations. Track, edit and review our employee performance management program. Assist with explaining health benefits and participate in ESOP enrollment meetings. Coordinate monthly training seminars. Communicate timecard adjustments to the Corporate office to ensure payroll accuracy. Provide general administrative support with researching competitor pay and benefits, employee file maintenance, tracking and following up on personnel information. Requirements 2+ years professional HR experience preferably focused on recruiting and onboarding. Capability to read applicants during the interview process and assist department managers with hiring decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in a Distribution/Manufacturing environment is a plus. Benefits Starting Pay: $24-$28/hour. Health, Dental and Vision benefits with a flexible spending account option.
