Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the distinct needs and objectives of each client, ensuring these plans evolve as clients progress in therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to address public concerns like anxiety, depression, addiction, pain management, and interpersonal relationship challenges.

• Facilitate engaging and productive therapy sessions for individuals and families, employing creative strategies and therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients.

• Provide crisis management support for clients experiencing immediate distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and continuity of care.

As an LMFT at New Life Psychological Health Center, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adults, and families navigating various challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time LMFT position is between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
