On-Site Clinical Supervisor

Psycle On Wellness is seeking an On-Site Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of behavioral health professionals. The role is critical to ensuring high quality mental health services are provided to youth in a juvenile detention center setting and maintaining compliance with site coverage and in the provision of services. This role involves oversight of staff and work with youth diagnosed with a range of clinical disorders, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. The ideal candidate is experienced in working in an active environment, managing complex scheduling, a strong communicator, and is detail oriented. The on-site clinical supervisor must be a licensed, Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (LCPC, LCSW-C Supervisor, LCPAT, LCMFT, LCADC) who is passionate about supporting clinicians, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality care to youth. Experience in juvenile justice settings, and experience in the delivery of trauma-informed, ethical, and high-quality care is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage a staff of 5-7 employees Provide clinical, case consultation, and administrative supervision to licensed behavioral health professionals Conduct individual and group supervision sessions Ensure clinical documentation is completed, signed, and submitted in compliance with regulatory and agency standards Schedule and coordinate supervision meetings with behavioral health staff Enforce agency policies and procedures Complete psychosocial evaluations as needed Provide clinical coverage and backup when behavioral health staff are unavailable Attend clinical staff meetings and clinical supervisor meetings as schedule Facilitate clinical staff meetings as scheduled Education, Licensure & Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work Licensed in the state of Maryland in good standing (able to provide clinical supervision) Minimum of 3 years counseling experience Experience working with children and adolescents Experience conducting psychosexual evaluations preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willing to complete a federal and state background check Reliable transportation Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Flexibility, creativity, and strong problem-solving abilities Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality clinical care Job Types: Full-time Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Psycle On Wellness
