Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 7-14 shifts per month; 8am-5pm onsite with weeknight beeper call (5pm-8am) and 24-hour weekend beeper call; 8 guaranteed hours per day; overtime applies after 9 hours per day; 1-2 weeks of coverage needed (including 1-2 weekends); dates are flexible
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; 

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Licensure: Active Oregon license required
