Auto Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:50am to 05:00pm)
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles and automotive systems.
- Perform routine services including oil changes, brakes, suspension, electrical, and general repairs.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding vehicle concerns and recommended repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following proper shop procedures.
- Compensation is commission-based, offering earning potential based on productivity and completed work.
Auto Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred.
- Must have your own professional automotive tools necessary to perform general repairs.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and complete quality repairs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred; ASE certification is a plus but not required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
