Job Summary We are seeking an experienced professional with US mortgage knowledge, analytical, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Location Princeton, NJ General Requirements Typing skills - Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Attention to detail - Ability to review multiple documents/data points and identify anomalies Communication skills - Both written and verbal Customer Service - Willingness to serve and provide great customer experiences Mortgage Skills Required Good understanding of all mortgage documents and the entire origination process Minimum 2+ years of experience in US mortgage processing, including end-to-end processing of Conventional and FHA loans. Knowledge of VA and USDA loans is a plus. Ability to perform rough income calculations and review assets on file Ability to manage a pipeline of 30+ loans and communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties Experience in running AUS on files and submitting processed loans for underwriting Ability to identify AUS red flags Coordination with processing assistants for various file tasks Experience coordinating with Loan Officers, Borrowers, and Underwriters Job Responsibilities Process loans using the LOS according to lender instructions Work with processing assistants on administrative tasks Review loan files and identify missing documents Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to collect documents and provide status updates Calculate income, review assets, and run AUS Identify red flags and address them Submit files for underwriting Fulfilling conditions specified by underwriters Send status updates to borrowers and loan officers #J-18808-Ljbffr Outsource 2 India
