Who We Are

At Clearpro , we partner with top multifamily residential communities across the Phoenix area to keep their properties safe, efficient, and running smoothly. We specialize in essential property services, including dryer vent and chimney maintenance.

We believe in doing great work and backing up our team. That’s why we provide all the tools and comprehensive onsite training you need to succeed. No experience with vents or chimneys? No problem—we’ll teach you the ropes.

The Role: What You’ll Do

You will be working primarily in dynamic 2-man teams servicing multifamily residential properties. This isn't just a solo grind; you’ll have a partner to collaborate with, bounce ideas off of, and tackle the day together.

Troubleshoot & Solve: Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues on-site.
Get Hands-On: Clean dryer vents (including tight spaces like behind dryers) and chimneys.
Elevate Your Work: Safely utilize ladders to access roofs and various heights.
Collaborate: Give and take constructive feedback to make the team better every day.

Reliable: You have dependable transportation to get to and from job sites daily.
Clear Communicators: Must be fluent in English to coordinate with team members and property staff.
