We are an expanding dental office and have a position open for an office manager.
Job Details:- Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including:
- Patient and employee relations; staff interviewing/dismissal.
- Management of marketing and communications efforts.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Staff training and motivation.
- Working with the provider for Treatment planning and office growth needs.
- Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned.
- Runs scheduling for Dentist and Hygienist on Open dental. Understands KPI, PPO insurances(including breakdowns and codes) and basic understanding of handling dental team and patient concerns.
