BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital is hiring an extraordinary Client Service Coordinator. Job Overview We are looking for an excellent customer service professional who can be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will greet each client with a warm and professional acknowledgement, provide emotional support, and coordinate care while maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor throughout emotionally charged situations. CSC I Pay: $20.74 - $28.37 This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system. Responsibilities Greet and make friendly eye contact each time the hospital entry door opens, offering a warm acknowledgement. Maintain a friendly smile, strong eye contact, and an approachable demeanor. Act as a compassionate listener and speak clearly and calmly in person and on the telephone. Assess a client’s immediate needs and the pet’s general condition upon arrival. Determine whether an emergency arrival is a "stat" versus a "standard" emergency. Respond to non‑patient calls or visitors and connect them to the appropriate team member. Confirm all appointments in advance and provide accurate information on preparing the pet for the appointment. Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner. Act as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete and compassionate process. Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
