Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a GM for fast-casual or a high-volume casual restaurant
5+ years of experience in fast-casual or high-volume, full-service restaurants
Progressive management style: connect with your team members, listen to your team members, lead from the front as the first among equals
Good financial abilities in managing COGs and labor

Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations and management team of your location
Manage and motivate the team: happy people make better food!
Take ownership of the store, including visual appeal and cleanliness: be accountable, the buck stops here!
Connect with the local community and promote the unique and appealing concept
Manage COGs and labor, accountable for the bottom-line performance of the store
Bring and spread joy to the team and guests!
