Operations & Process Improvement Manager (Permitting)

The City of Homestead, FL is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. This role involves documenting and analyzing workflows, developing strategies for operational efficiency, and creatingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in operations management or development services. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
