Yorkshire of Edina, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA (Part Time) to join our growing team. Are you compassionate towards others? Our CNA's and HHA's become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p). Part Time NOC (11p-7a) HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR (Depending on experience) CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR (Depending on experience)

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA with us you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing direct cares in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
