Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Rotomold Machine Operator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining rotational molding equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a passion for quality production, this is the opportunity for you.

• Operate and maintain rotational molds and related equipment
• Accurately measure and pour plastic powder into molds
• Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools
• Use standard manufacturing tools proficiently
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with ISO procedures
• Help achieve daily production goals and minimize scrap
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
• One to three years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use handheld tools as necessary
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Able to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting
