Role Description As a vital member of the team, you will grow the agency by building strong client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities Manage client accounts and update information in the database. Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
