Role Description
As a vital member of the team, you will grow the agency by building strong client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives.

Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation
Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
