About the Role
We're a high performing State Farm agency in North Ridgeville, Ohio actively expanding - and we're looking for a driven Account Manager to grow with us. This is a hybrid sales and service role where your income is genuinely uncapped and your effort directly determines your result.
You'll manage an existing book of clients, round accounts, and write new business. This isn't a passive role - you'll be building your own referral network, doing outbound prospecting, and working warm leads from the agency pipeline. If you like to hunt and want to be paid well for it, this is the platform.

What You'll Do

- Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients (auto, home, life)

- Build and maintain your own referral network - realtors, lenders, auto dealers, and beyond

- Generate outbound calls and follow up on leads proactively

- Identify and pursue rounding opportunities within existing accounts

- Quote and bind new policies with accuracy and compliance

- Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals

- Collaborate with the agency owner and team on growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain before start)

- Prior insurance sales or financial services experience preferred

- Self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mentality

- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

- Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
