Salary: $65,000-$75,000

- Perform account reconciliations and assist with cleanup and resolution of outstanding items
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
- Review and process accounts payable invoices
- Manage daily cash activity, including ACH debits, customer payments, and positive pay approvals
- Support month-end close and develop into financial statement preparation
- Prior accounting experience with strong account reconciliation skills; prepaid accounting experience is highly valued
- Accounts payable experience with a solid understanding of general ledger accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience will also be considered
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Excel is preferred
