Location: Boise, Idaho | Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months.
Expected General Duties
Possess good knowledge and advanced skills in using computers and other modern technology, including the ability to apply that understanding to new situations and learn new methods quickly.
- Develop a basic knowledge of general permit processing in the MA, EDMS, and ICIS:
Complete CGP and suction dredge registration, NOI, NOT, and annual report submittal - including downloading and storing documents and notification emails in EDMS, and terminating facilities in the MA and ICIS. - Utilize IPDES tracking systems (e.g., MA, Excel, Planner, Jira)
- Register documents received from permittees into EDMS Track, process, verity and reconcile annual/application fee payments in coordination with DEQ Fiscal Office personnel and IPDES permit writers Assist with data entry and data compilation .
