LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Summary:
Provide quality outpatient care in a fast-paced clinic environment, performing clinical tasks and supporting patient needs. Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of nursing services in accordance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IVs, Blood withdrawals, and EKGs following established protocols.
• Assist in patient assessments, charting, and documentation within EPIC electronic medical records.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and initiate IV starts as required.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including BLS certification and CA IV certification.
• Float between different clinic locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Ensure all clinical tasks align with patient care standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA LVN license with active IV certification at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient clinic settings.
• Proficient in EKG, phlebotomy, and IV start procedures.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Possess current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
