The role fosters relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients. Responsibilities Assist in basic account opening for existing customers Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
