Entry Level Assembly Technician- 2nd Shift
Join a leading manufacturer in Green Bay as an Assembler! This try before hire position gives you the chance to grow with a stable company while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble a variety of manual and electric paper towel dispensers
- Use hand tools and air tools for parts assembly
- Rotate between different stations throughout the day
- Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
- Stand for up to 8 hours per shift while working with small parts
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work with tools safely
- Dependability and strong attention to detail
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
