Server Assistant - Ocean Grill Restaurant

At The Setai, a luxury hotel in South Beach, we are seeking a Service Attendant to oversee and maintain service station excellence.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Set the tables accordingly to the standards. Polish glasses and silverware. Prepare side station. Make sure surrounding of the tables are clean, no dirt on floor, no crumbs on tables. Make sure to have sugar caddies and salt/pepper shakers on the tables. Assist the server with the guest, always use guest name and make eye contact. Dirty tables have to be reset quickly. Restock all areas (Silverware, napkins, glassware and linens).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent preferred; AND a minimum of five (2) years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
