Sales Associate / Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Associate / Marketing Coordinator Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn Type: Part-Time 3-4 days weekly About the Role We’re looking for a friendly, creative team member to join us in a hybrid role that blends retail and marketing. You’ll assist customers on the shop floor, help with restocking and merchandising, and provide support and ideas to our marketing team. Responsibilities In the Shop: Greet and assist customers with warmth and care Operate the POS system and handle purchases Restock, tidy displays, and pack online orders Learn and share product knowledge Marketing Support: Assist with planning social media content, events, and pop-ups Capture behind-the-scenes moments from the shop and café Help edit photos and videos for digital use What We’re Looking For Friendly, dependable, and organized Great communication and writing skills Comfortable in a small team and customer-facing setting Experience with Instagram, Shopify, or POS systems is a plus Experienced with photo and video editing Staff discounts on both shop and café items Compensation: $22~25 per hour, based on experience & qualifications 401(k) with matching Supportive and creative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Niconeco
