How You Will Make An Impact Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals Translate business and functional requirements into actionable project plans Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate across IT, operations, and business teams to ensure delivery milestones are met Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership Ensure functional requirements are met through collaboration with business analysts and subject matter experts Oversee testing, training, and change management activities during project rollout Requirements Are you an experienced IT project leader ready to drive business-focused delivery? 10+ years of experience managing IT or business-focused projects in complex environments Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT and business functions Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and/or Jira Excellent communication, leadership, and executive-facing presentation skills PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
