Job Description
This role involves diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic equipment with a focus on point-of-sale systems. Pay and Benefits

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, test, and repair faulty electronic equipment, with a focus on point-of-sale devices.
- Refurbish equipment to meet quality and cosmetic standards and ensure turnaround times are met.
- Use computers, electronic test equipment, and small hand tools to perform troubleshooting, testing, and repairs.
- Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and electrical documentation.
- Record and document all repairs completed on equipment accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow the established flow of order for testing and calibrating equipment.
- Perform soldering and assembly tasks as needed to complete repairs.
- Conduct calibration of equipment to ensure proper performance and accuracy.
- Meet established productivity and output standards while maintaining high quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve successful completion of assignments.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electronic equipment, particularly point-of-sale systems.
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment and small hand tools.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, schematics, and electrical documentation.
- Strong electronics knowledge, including basic electrical principles.
- Soldering skills for repair and assembly tasks.
- Ability to perform calibration of electronic equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow diagrams and testing workflows accurately.
- Comfort using computers to support testing, documentation, and repair processes.
- Strong problem-solving ability in a technical environment.
