You're accurate and reliable, and you adapt well to process changes, including a transition from 3-way to 2-way matching in an entertainment finance environment.Role OverviewWe're looking for a high-volume AP professional with strong attention to detail and experience processing invoices. You're accurate and reliable, and you adapt well to process changes, including a transition from 3-way to 2-way matching in an entertainment finance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timely entryPerform 2-way matching of invoices against purchase orders (POs) as part of the updated AP workflowHelp clear the AP backlog during the merger and NetSuite implementation, including resolving outstanding issues and cleaning up existing recordsManage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor recordsResearch payment statuses, investigate unapplied or missing payments, and identify the root cause of discrepanciesNavigate NetSuite independently, troubleshoot issues, and proactively resolve AP-related challengesReview invoices for correct vendor details, proper coding (GL/account, department, project, production, etc.), and accuracy and completenessFlag discrepancies, missing information, or unusual chargesCommunicate with internal teams (production, finance) and vendors to resolve issuesMaintain organized digital records and documentationAssist with AP aging, clean-up, and reportingAssist with month-end close activities as neededMust-Have Qualifications5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, high-volume financial data processing, or accounting data entryExperience using NetSuite (strongly preferred; similar ERP acceptable)Strong data entry speed and accuracyWorking knowledge of invoice processing and basic GL codingExcel skills, from intermediate (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) to proficient (lookups, pivots); an Excel assessment may be requiredAbility to quickly learn and adapt to process changes (e.g., 3-way to 2-way match)Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
