To learn more about The Boulders, please visit: Job Details: A Greenskeeper is responsible for performing daily maintenance on the golf course and surrounding grounds. Under supervision, this role supports high-quality playing conditions through routine turf care, landscaping, bunker maintenance, course setup, and safe equipment operation. Essential job duties include, but are not limited to the following: Operates mowing equipment: mows greens, approaches, tees, fairways and rough. Performs bunker maintenance: rakes and moves sand, edges, and pulls weeds. Ensures that landscape and other golf course features are maintained and edged. Performs golf course set up; cup cutting, tee cleanup, divot filling as well as trash and debris removal. Job Requirements: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Early Morning and Weekend Availability. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Able to effectively and safely operate tools and machinery. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous golf course, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license preferred. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime as needed.
