This opportunity is to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. Our office is located in downtown Denver and will be supporting an Institutional client portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business. Applying new technology and data to drive change. Responsibilities The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties. The PM maximizes NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. Managing industry changing properties. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for preparing budgets and financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing successful relationship. Most importantly, you’ll want to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these: office, retail, industrial, healthcare. Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and related financial reports. Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration. Colorado real estate license required within 120 days. Experience using a property management accounting platform such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required. Estimated compensation for this position: 100,000.00 – 110,000.00 USD per year. Location: On‑site – Denver, CO. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
